New Call Center Now OpenFlorida's Turnpike opened a new Customer Service Call Center in Orlando this past summer to help serve the approximately two million SunPass customers throughout the state. The new center is already well on its way to surpassing goals by providing world-class service to all of our valued customers. For information about your SunPass account, use the interactive voice response system available 24 hours a day or ask to speak with a service representative Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. The next time you call the customer service number, 1-888-TOLL-FLA (1-888-865-5352), be sure to update your current car make and model, license plate number, mailing and e-mail addresses and credit card information. You can avoid the possibility of violation notices by listing the license plate numbers for all your cars on your account.
