  Customer Survey Highlights High Satisfaction Ratings

Last year's survey results show Florida's Turnpike either maintained or improved overall customer satisfaction across the board. In October 2004, 1.1 million surveys were sent out to SunPass customers with 98,200 responses received.

KEY CUSTOMER FINDINGS IN THE 2004 REPORT INCLUDE:
  • 96% are satisfied with the SunPass program

  • 77% are satisfied with service plazas

  • 92% are satisfied with road conditions

  • 87% are satisfied with the value received for the toll paid

  • 92% would recommend Florida's Turnpike to others
