Committed to customer service excellence It is that time of year again when we ask you to take a few minutes to complete our customer survey and share your thoughts about the SunPass program and Florida's Turnpike. Why is this so important to us? We need your feedback to continue to grow, provide you with exceptional customer service and pinpoint areas of concern that may need attention. In fact, SunPass use has grown tremendously since its inception in 1999. We sold our one-millionth transponder in 2003, hit the two million mark in 2005, and last spring, sold our three millionth transponder. What is even more remarkable is that two out of every three customers are SunPass users, and according to our surveys, customers simply love the SunPass program! We are very pleased that in 2006, 92 percent of our customers reported they received value in the form of safety, service and convenience, however we cannot rest on our laurels. We will continue to work hard to fulfill your needs by introducing new programs and services to enhance your experience with SunPass at every turn.
