It is essential to update your personal information with SunPass. Please make sure your name, address, phone number and e-mail address are current. Also be sure your vehicle year, make and model, license plate number, all license plates listed under your account and credit card information is current. This is necessary for you to receive all SunPass mail promptly and to find out if you have enough funds in your account to cover tolls. With this information, we can help make sure your toll transactions are processed to help you avoid unnecessary violations. Violations are not taken lightly and will be pursued. There is no excuse for toll abuse!
