North of Bird Road to Dolphin Expressway/SR 836

– PROJECT COMPLETED –

Florida’s Turnpike Extension (SR 821) will be widened from 6 to 10 lanes. The project entails major modifications at the Dolphin Expressway/SR 836 interchange.

It is estimated the project will cost $136.4 million and construction is expected to be completed in late 2021.
