Widen Turnpike Mainline/SR 91 – US 27 to CR 470

Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise, part of the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), is planning to widen Florida’s Turnpike Mainline/SR 91 from the US 27 interchange (Milepost (MP) 289.3) to the CR 470 interchange (MP 297.3) from a four-lane divided expressway to an eight-lane divided expressway. This project will provide additional capacity to meet future traffic demand, improve emergency evacuation times, and improve safety within the corridor.
