Beachline Expressway

528 / Beachline Expressway in Orlando has two managed lanes in each direction for 8 miles from McCoy Road to I-4. The managed lanes from Florida’s Turnpike to I-4 opened in July 2019, and the lanes from McCoy Road to Florida’s Turnpike opened in May 2020. This project is currently being converted from an Express Lane to a Thru Lane.

    Vehicle Eligibility

    Only two-axle vehicles will be permitted. Trucks with three or more axles will not be allowed.

    Vehicles must have an active SunPass or another interoperable transponder.

    Transit buses, school buses and vanpools will be allowed.

    Tolling Method

    General Toll 

    Customers pay only the general toll amount that is charged for all other lanes on the same toll road.
