Monthly Consultant Presentations

Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise (Enterprise) provides an opportunity for the consulting community to showcase their qualifications and capabilities to key Enterprise staff. Firms presenting need to be prequalified to do work with the Florida Department of Transportation.

Three 45-minute presentation timeslots are reserved each month. Scheduling is done on a first come, first served basis. Each consultant will have a 15-minute period before their presentation time for setup with our in-house audio/visual coordinator. The 45-minute presentation should consist of a 30-minute PowerPoint presentation and 15 minutes for questions and answers.

Please bring your presentation on a flash drive. The auditorium is fully equipped with all the necessities.

Handouts

Handouts are allowed, but most firms are “going green”. You can email a copy of your presentation to Desiree Libby, the Administrative Assistant ahead of time or bring it with you the day of your presentation. A copy of the PowerPoint presentation will be electronically distributed to all invited attendees after the meeting. There is no limit on the number of staff each consultant may bring.

Write Up

Once confirmed, please provide Desiree Libby, the Administrative Assistant with a brief write-up of your company and a broad overview of the types of services you are interested in performing for Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise; along with a list of attendees. This will be used for your introduction.
