The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise (Enterprise) is hosting a statewide Toll Rate Rule Development Public Workshop to provide the public an opportunity to review and comment on proposed amendments to Rule 14-15.0081, Florida Administrative Code (Toll Facilities Description and Toll Rate Schedule).

These amendments include the addition of the Garcon Point Bridge toll rate table, addition of toll rates for two new facilities (Central Polk Parkway and Poinciana Connector), and the extension of two existing facilities (Suncoast Parkway between CR 486 and US 19 and First Coast Expressway between Blanding Blvd. and SR 16).

The proposed amendments also update toll rates to reflect Fiscal Year 2024-2025 rates; remove the cash rate from the Pinellas Bayway rate table to reflect the conversion to Electronic Tolling; remove the NW 74th Street NB plaza from the Turnpike Mainline table; remove the SR 540 plaza and adjust toll rates at Winter Lake and Central Mainline Plaza on Polk Parkway; and will also add a toll rate for the Minneola toll plaza on the Turnpike Mainline.
