Project Details
Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise (Enterprise) is resurfacing Suncoast Parkway/State Road (SR) 589 from south of SR 54 (milepost 17.5) to north of SR 52 (milepost 28.5) in Pasco County.
It is estimated the project will cost $23 million and construction is expected to continue through 2027.

PROJECT AREA
Construction will take place during both daytime and nighttime hours. Nearby residents and businesses may experience periodic construction noise, vibration, and dust. The Enterprise takes steps to reduce construction impacts and efforts will be made to limit traffic and noise disruptions.
Lane closures will generally take place during off-peak hours to minimize traffic congestion and delays for most drivers. Closures and detours will be announced in advance in the Central and West Central Florida Weekly Lane Closures and Work Zone Advisory.
