Sawgrass Expressway Widening Project from Atlantic Boulevard to Sample Road

Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise (FTE) is widening the Sawgrass Expressway/869 from six to 10 lanes from Atlantic Boulevard/SR 814 (Exit 8) to Sample Road/SR 834 (Exit 11) .
It is estimated the project will cost $ 110 million and is expected to be completed in summer 2028.
