Contact the Turnpike Utility and Rail Administrator, Joe Bitar, at (407) 264-3007 for information to obtain a Railroad Safety Certificate and a copy of the local Railroad owner list.
Notice to those working in and around Railroad Rights of Way:
It is unlawful to be within any Railroad Right of Way, for any field collection activity, without a current Railroad Safety Certificate and notice to the local Railroad owner. Failure to comply is a criminal offense and could result in arrest, liability for any damage to Railroad property, or worse, loss of life.
