This annual report provides a comprehensive traffic and revenue analysis of Department-owned facilities: Alligator Alley (Everglades Parkway); Pinellas Bayway system; Sunshine Skyway Bridge; Wekiva Parkway; Garcon Point Bridge (FY 2023 – first full year under Department ownership); Beachline East Expressway (FY 2012 – FY 2014 only); 95 Express (FY 2012 – FY 2015); and 595 Express (FY 2014 – FY 2015 only). This report also includes a similar analysis of the Mid-Bay Bridge Authority System, operated by the Department under Lease-Purchase Agreements.
